Would give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I returned for the second time today. We have spent $300+ after two trips in July. When we walked in today, we were told THE STORE did not charge us for two US ARMY cement stepping stones on July 3rd. We returned today to purchase two more US ARMY (cement) stepping stones. It became clear to us that the owner did not realize my boyfriend served when the owner proceeded to explain, to a retired US Army veteran, the difference between the store’s 10% military discount and 15% July 4th discount. Interesting behavior by the owner of this establishment to returning customers walking in the door. The CEMENT molds (stepping stones) were $150 for 4. As a born and raised Charlestonian, I hadn’t heard of this place before my visit on July 3rd, and I have a feeling it won’t be around much longer after my experience today!

Walked into the store and barely greeted - the owner (I learned later) could not look up to greet me or even ask if I needed assistance finding anything. While the main sales associate was lovely the owner who came to do a price check was not friendly whatsoever. This was my first time visiting the store and it was an icy reception to say the least. I went to inspect a bird bath more closely and the owner in a clipped, agitated tone asked what I doing like I was a child. If I’m going to potentially spend $300 on a bird bath I’d like to glance over the item to ensure it’s free of defects and the quality is good. Sadly, due to this interaction I did not purchase the bird bath even though I would have liked to support a small business. Very disappointing experience as you’d think someone that owned a business would be adept at customer service.

Great selection of Pottery and fountains. Also Have a gift shop which I will definitely try on another trip!

What a beautiful place to find all you need in making your outdoor space a true haven of rest. Find tons of indoor decor as well! The owner works tirelessly to bring the very best selection to the coast of South Carolina. 🙏🏼

The merchandise is absolutely incredible, artistic, sophisticated, whimsical, and Gothic. The staff person, however, hovered entirely too much. She kept asking if we needed help with anything, and it ultimately made us feel like we either made her nervous we'd break something, or just not the right clientele for the store. A policy in store of, 'You Break, You Buy' made us turn around and leave, all but confirming employee probably didn't trust we'd break something or ruin something. If it weren't for constantly being bothered and followed, I'd give this a 5/5. Amazing products.
